Premium Outlets Punta Norte is a joint venture company between a group of Mexican investors, which is led by Grupo Sordo Madaleno, and Chelsea Property Group. The Company is focused on developing Premium Outlet Centers® throughout Mexico.
Grupo Sordo Madaleno, founded in 1937, is one of Mexico’s pre-eminent firms in the areas of urban development, architecture and interior design, and through its history it has been involved with the design and/or development of a wide range of projects including luxury hotels, resorts and shopping centers including Plaza Universidad and Plaza Satélite in Mexico City, Angelópolis in Puebla, and the newly opened Antara Polanco.
